His Message . . . Our Mission

Senior AdultsThe Senior Adult Ministry of Macedonia Baptist Church is geared toward promoting fellowship and Christian education of individuals 55 years and older. We generally meet on Wednesday morning of the first full week in each month. Most of the time the meeting takes place at 10:30 AM in our fellowship hall. We have a short business session followed by our program for the month (guest speaker, entertainment, informative guest, program introduction, etc.). The meeting is concluded with a pot-luck fellowship meal and is usually finished by noon.
The group tries to participate in at least one conference (Jubilee, Celebration, etc.) during the year. Costs for the conference are usually minimal and the conference is very enjoyable, worshipful, and informative. Other day trips to local events are observed occasionally. We also try to attend the two Senior Adult Rallies held by the association at a neighboring church in the county.
We would like to encourage you to become a part of the Macedonia Senior Adult Group. All you have to do is attend the regular meeting and fellowship with fellow seniors in your area. Come join us!
